Responsibilities:

  • You will identify incoming opportunities in France and projects related to the French market for the company side. Manage national and international requests and will help them understand their daily marketing needs.
  • You will work closely with the rest of the SDR team to grow the assigned territory and align on strategies, processes, operations regarding upsell opportunities.
  • You will give phone support to understand the need of the clients and to make sure their request is mature enough for them to meet the agencies.
  • You will help companies up to 50 employees find the right marketing, web or creative partners by listening to their challenges and advising them to the right providers.
  • Convert potential income from opportunities into consumed income
  • You will make sure to reach a high conversion rate from requests received to the ones sent to agencies.
  • You will do the follow-up with the clients, make sure their goal is reached and look for further needs.
  • You will identify signs in the market that can lead to the development of new products.
  • Your goal will be to create as many successful business stories as possible.

We are looking for a profile with:

  • Great dynamism and proactive attitude
  • Good in organization
  • International background (studying or working abroad is a plus)
  • Self-motivation, persistence and ability to work independently
  • Positive attitude and capacity to manage objections
  • Experience in working with Hubspot or a similar CRM to manage incoming leads
  • Team oriented spirit across multiple countries
  • Strong written and oral communication together with listening skills
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex issues in a clear and concise manner

✅ This job is for you if you fill those requirements:

  • Fluent English and French
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in B2B
  • Proven track record demonstrating strong articulation of a product selling points via phone and email
  • Passion for sales: at ease with cold calls, challenging and fast-growing environment

In order to reach your targets, you will have different metrics such as reactivity, conversion rate, etc.
