Your Mission
- You will be responsible for leading and managing the deliverables of the CRM solution to our customers (small to mid-sized projects)
- Scope the expectations of the customer and focus on the standard features of our CRM
- With a defined project plan, coordinate and facilitate all activities and stakeholders of the project in an efficient, communicative and smooth manner
- Translate business requirements (incl. business process mapping) into functional design and technical specifications
- Identify solutions in our application based on the customers complex business process, issues and needs
- Acts as a constant bridge between project stakeholders and internal technical/development teams
- Maintain a full overview of cost, effort and profitability of the project, but also identify potential future next steps
About YOU
- Proven experience as a Technical Consultant, CRM Implementation Consultant, Project Manager or similar role, with at least 2 years of related experience
- Strong analytic skills/ background in functional analysis required
- Experience of analysing, structuring & migrating data from and to different platforms
- Hungry to contribute to your clients’ aspirations
- Ability to lead several projects at once that have a common goal
- Flexible approach, willing to wear multiple hats if needed
- Strong track record of leading successful change projects/programs from start to finish as the lead
- Ability to think strategically (big picture) and tactically in regards to project planning, scoping, budgeting, and quality
- Understanding and appreciation of processes/procedures and governance required to lead projects and programs
- Good Leadership skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Great communication/presentation skills to groups or individual
- Excellent communication skills in Danish & English (professional level). Additional Nordic languages are a plus.
