We are looking for a driven customer, technology, and hotel experienced practitioner to join our team as a Service Delivery & Operations Executive based in Denver, CO or Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

Technical Support

  • Implementations of Revenue Insight and future Integrated products

  • Liaise with integration partners and hotels to coordinate and execute:
    • Benchmarking provider integrations

    • Property Management Systems integrations

  • Manage all Sciant® (and future 3rd party) related tickets and tasks

  • Carry out all configuration steps in OTA Insight integration platforms

  • Understand internal mechanisms to carry out health checks pre- and post implementation of integrations

  • Use internal tools to daily monitor that integration implementations are fully operational

  • Attending to client questions/requests and technical troubleshooting

  • Obtain thorough knowledge of OTA Insight internal tools and procedures to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration between departments

Cross Team Collaboration

  • Cross train to support non-integrated products if needed

  • Escalate to Data Engineering when needed

  • Work together with Senior Technical Customer Executives to ensure Revenue Insight implementation is to the highest customer standards

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in experience

  • 1 -2 years experience within the Hospitality Industry preferably in Front Office, Front Desk, Reservations, or Revenue Management operations

  • Strong knowledge of the Service/Hospitality industry, hotel operations and Property Management, Sales and Revenue 

  • Written and verbal proficiency in Spanish is a plus

  • Strong interest in technology

  • Drive for innovation and creativity

  • Excellent and effective oral and written skills

  • Strong work ethic, hands-on, detail oriented with a customer service mentality

  • Proven success in a customer facing environment (e.g. through satisfaction scores)

  • Team player, ability to work cross-functionally and under pressure, self-driven, motivated

In addition to benefits and other OTA Insight total rewards, the annual base salary for this role ranges from $42,000.00 – $55,000.00. We benchmark our salary ranges for new hires in relation to the role, level, and role location; however, we consider a multitude of factors, to include relevant experience, skills, and education/training, to determine compensation within the identified range.
