Efficy is looking for a Support Officer to support our customers in working with the PerfectView CRM application. Most questions will be functional questions about how things work in the application. You are part of the support team.

Your mission:

As a support officer, you strive to answer functional questions from users of PerfectView CRM Online in the best possible way. In doing so, you take into account the contractual and other obligations towards these customers and the priority of the call/question. You answer as many questions as possible directly and involve the second-line service desk as little as possible.

    Your tasks, responsibilities and authority

    • Handling incoming (functional) questions from our customers.
    • Analysing and resolving questions by watching via teams with the users.
    • Monitoring the on-time handling of questions within the set objectives.
    • Taking both telephone and e-mail enquiries received.
    • Managing and drafting standard texts and instruction documents in order to make the process at the service desk as efficient as possible.
    • Maintaining your knowledge of CRM Online. You adopt a proactive attitude in gaining knowledge of new or changed functionalities.

    About YOU 

    A successful candidate needs to meet the following requirements:

    • Independent, accurate, stress-resistant, team player.
    • Experience in conducting interviews
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Excel
    • Experience with or knowledge of database systems
    • The ability and drive to perform under high time pressure if required
    • Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing
    • Strong communication skills
    • A “hands-on” mentality
    • Knowledge of CRM is an advantage


    You will be based in ‘s Hertogenbosch.
