Your Impact
We are looking for an experienced technical project manager with an understanding of API / web services to manage all integration projects from start to finish between Deliverect and all the various platforms we want to integrate with. 
During the project, you will manage and set the expectations for all internal and external stakeholders. You will be custodian to timelines, making sure details of the integrations are properly specified and engaging with all key stakeholders (internal and external).
You will need the appetite to develop a strong product knowledge (training is provided) alongside an understanding of the food tech industry ecosystem including Point of Sales (POS), Delivery Service Providers (DSPs), Online Ordering, Dispatch, etc…
You will work closely with a development team that is building integrations and managing the scope, timeline, and budget of the integrations.

A Typical Day

    • Align with stakeholders (both internal and external, sales, and product teams) to gather integration requirements, manage expectations and define the finished integration
    • Manage in parallel 5-10 integration projects at the same time
    • Collaborate with the management team to define integration priorities
    • Outreach to prospective partners in the hospitality tech industry together with our regional partner managers
    • Define the engagement model with technology partners, identifying the different steps of engagement, touchpoints and pace
    • Turn requirements into user stories and work with the development team to execute stories
    • Provide ‘hands-on’ 1st level of support towards customers when launching an integration 

Your Expertise

    • Organizational skills and time management skills to keep projects on track to the finish
    • Project managing skills to start projects and finish projects successfully. Having a project management certification is a plus.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members, partners, customers and management
    • Fluent in English, other languages are beneficial
    • Technology experience, preferably partner programs (we work with APIs and software development kits (SDK) and solutions ecosystems)
    • Able to operate in a Global company environment 
    • Demonstrated operational excellence in analytical thinking, process development and improvement, problem-solving, communication, delegation and planning
    • Able to be flexible with evolving business priorities; dealing with ambiguity
    • Willing and able to address escalated client issues with speed and urgency
    • Experience in Agile development methodologies and SaaS products/cloud technologies are beneficial
