As our Growth marketer, you are a ​​real digital jack-of-all-trades who effortlessly combines technical and communicative skills.

As our Growth Marketer:

• You optimize and monitor campaign strategies across all marketing channels

• You conduct A/B testing to create data-driven strategies for hitting key metrics and engaging all funnels

• You execute high-converting marketing strategies based on data analytics

• You oversee paid search and social acquisitions

• You scale our organic traffic & reach

Who are we looking for?

• You have 2 to 3 years of experience in Growth and or Performance marketing in a fast-paced environment

• You master English and are Fluent in French. Any other language is a plus.

• You understand advertising from point A to Z (Paid search, Paid Social, …), you build full funnel strategies

• You have an appetite for creativity and testing new formats & channels

• You have an analytical mindset and take data-driven decisions

• You drive growth through experimentation and educate yourself continuously

• You are a team player with strong project management skills and are good in communicating with different stakeholders
