Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for an account executive. At Apicbase, customers are our main focus and we want to do everything to offer our customers the best experience possible. You are a central link: when customers contact our company they will come across you on their way. You are the link between customer and development, between dream and reality. You never lose your temper and always manage to put customers at ease. As an Account executive, you’re the face of the company to new prospects. We love full cycle sales the best: prospect, cycle through deal stages and finally sign them to become new customers. Then you’ll hand them over to our Customer Success team. In the beginning, most of your time you’ll be doing new business. After a while you’ll see that upsell becomes part of the game (and that’s easy and nice!). We love business developers that act as true advisors and coaches working directly with customers, noticing problems and solving them. You can count on 70% hunting – 30% farming Switching between English and German is no problem You can’t hide your passion for technology, and you are able to pass it on to the customer
We’re growing extremely fast. We look for wizards that have professional working proficiency in German and English. Basically, you need to do three things very well: 1/ you are not afraid to swim through the pool of rejection. 2/ You know that the road to success is built on prompt follow up, fast response and perseverance in communication and 3/ you love the combination between food and technology. We are food tech to the fullest so that’s that. The main focus is hunting but you don’t mind farming You live in Germany or a maximum of 2 hours away from Germany.
