Your Impact
As a Mid Market Account Executive at Deliverect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s
future growth and success. You will directly contribute to expanding our client base within the
dynamic hospitality and e-commerce industry, empowering businesses of all sizes (6 – 50 locations) to
streamline their operations, enhance customer experiences, and achieve their growth objectives.
Your expertise in sales, relationship building, and consultative problem-solving will be instrumental in
this pure hunting role, in securing new customers, driving revenue growth, and establishing Deliverect
as a leader in the omnichannel hospitality and e-commerce solutions space.
A Typical Day
Sales Pipeline Management and Prioritization
– Start your day by reviewing your sales pipeline, prioritizing leads based on their potential and
urgency.
– Identify and categorize leads, ensuring that high-priority prospects receive the attention they
deserve.
– Develop a structured plan for the day, allocating time effectively to manage your pipeline
efficiently.
Engaging with Potential Clients
– Reach out to prospective clients, personalizing cold calls and initiating email conversations.
– Schedule sales meetings with qualified leads, showcasing your ability to connect with
potential clients and build rapport.
– Conduct thorough research on each prospect, tailoring your sales approach to their unique
needs and challenges.
Consultative Sales Presentations and Demonstrations
– Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, highlighting the value proposition of
Deliverect’s solutions.
– Effectively demonstrate the features and benefits of Deliverect’s omnichannel solution,
capturing the attention of potential clients.
– Address client objections and concerns with confidence, demonstrating your expertise and
ability to provide tailored solutions.
Negotiating Deals and Closing Sales
– Navigate the negotiation process with skill and diplomacy, aiming to strike mutually beneficial
agreements.
– Discuss pricing and terms with potential clients, finding common ground and ensuring
satisfaction for both parties.
– Finalize contracts and close deals, marking the culmination of your sales efforts and securing

Client Relationship Management and Ongoing Support

Your Expertise
– Proven experience of 3+ years successfully selling a B2B SaaS product, Omnichannel Solution
ERP or Middleware
– Exceptional cold calling and networking skills
– Ability to build rapport and foster long-lasting relationships with potential clients
– Deep understanding of the needs and challenges of mid-market businesses in the hospitality
and e-commerce industry
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, in English and French
– Ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of Deliverect's solutions and demonstrate
their ROI
– Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
– Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment.
