About the role
Unbox is in search of a proactive and results-oriented B2B Sales Lead to spearhead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth within our organization. As the B2B Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships within the B2B sphere. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients, managing accounts, managing business development representatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies. This position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote flexibility with collaborative in-person engagement. The role involves approximately one day per week working together with our team located in London. Candidates should be based in either of these locations to facilitate periodic on-site collaboration and team synergy.
What you’ll do
New Business Development:

  • Identify and engage prospective B2B clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions aligned with Unbox offerings
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the B2B client base, nurturing leads through the sales pipeline. Looking at customer acquisition and account expansion

Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing B2B clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring high satisfaction levels
  • Collaborate closely with the customer success team to ensure client retention and explore upselling opportunities

Sales Strategy Implementation:

  • Implement effective sales techniques and methodologies to meet and exceed sales targets, leveraging market insights and trends
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies, ensuring a consistent message across all channels

Sales Performance Analysis:

  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures
  • Generate reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results to present insights to the leadership team

About you
  • Proven track record in B2B sales roles, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry, showcasing consistent achievement of sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills essential for engaging with B2B clients
  • Ability to understand complex client requirements and translate them into solutions effectively
  • Self-motivator with a strategic mindset, capable of working independently and as part of a team to drive sales initiatives forward
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adaptable to changing priorities and resilient in the face of challenges
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools, leveraging technology for efficient sales management
  • Keen interest in the Fintech/Web3 space, with a constant curiosity about market trends
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models and the B2B landscape
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a significant plus
