Job Summary:
Beehire, a SAAS company in the HR innovation industry, is looking for a Business
Development Intern to join our team. In this role, you will assist our sales team in identifying,
researching, and pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be a
self-starter with excellent communication and organisational skills, and a passion for learning
about sales and business development. This is a part-time position, with the potential to lead
to a full-time role for the right candidate.

● Conduct research to identify potential clients and markets
● Build and maintain a database of potential clients and partners
● Assist in lead generation and lead qualification
● Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations
● Attend meetings with potential clients and assist in follow-up communication
● Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments

● Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
● Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

● Gain valuable hands-on experience in sales and business development in the HR

● Exposure to a variety of industries and potential clients
