Reason for the role
As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that connect with customers, drive engagement, and enhance brand preference. Working closely with the marketing team, you will play a vital role in defining our brand’s positioning, vision, and voice, ensuring consistency across all channels. Your creative thinking, strategic insights, and ability to analyze data will be instrumental in crafting impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage agency relationships, and maintain a strong pulse on industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.

Tasks and responsibilities

    • Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all channels.
    • Define the brand’s positioning and vision, including visual identity and messaging pillars.
    • Create integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement, and brand preference, and can be scaled globally.
    • Develop global campaign toolkits for implementation by field marketing teams.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy.
    • Conduct market research to stay updated on customer trends and predict future ones.
    • Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and create reports.
    • Develop and manage evergreen content strategies for owned and earned media.
    • Collaborate with global PR agencies to grow our voice and provide guidance.
    • Maintain relationships with agencies and vendors to ensure the smooth operation of marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements

    • 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing or a related field.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with teams and agencies.
    • Strong storytelling skills, combining industry trends, customer insights, and product roadmaps.
    • Excellent creative evaluation skills against a brief.
    • Critical thinking and ability to form and sell a perspective using data and industry inspiration.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate decision-makers and teams.
    • Flexibility in responding to evolving business priorities and working in a growing scale-up.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and incorporate diverse perspectives.
    • Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industries is a plus.
    • Experience with Cloud technologies and SaaS products.
    • Experience with PR and managing media relations.
