Your Mission:
As a Business Development Representative, you will be the driving force behind our business growth and you will have a laser focus mission which includes:

  • Proactively reaching out to prospects through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events

  • Qualifying leads and scheduling meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team

  • Building and managing a strong sales pipeline by effectively nurturing and managing leads

  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns

  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business growth.

Job requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge: Previous experience in the SaaS B2B industry

  • Ambition: Thriving on sales targets and taking initiative to go the extra mile for exceptional results

  • Influencer: Strong prospecting, negotiation, and persuasion skills

  • Resilience: Self-motivated and driven to succeed, comfortable with cold calling and stepping out of your comfort zone

  • Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

  • Languages: Fluency in English, French, and Dutch or German is preferred, any other language is a plus!
