About the role
At Unbox, we are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to become our Community Manager and help us engage with our end user. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media strategy and connecting with customers. You will work closely with our marketing team to plan, execute, and analyse social media campaigns that align with our brand objectives being involved and an advocate for our end users and community building. What you’ll do
  • Ultimately, you will help us figure out what it is that makes people tell their friends about Unbox
  • Identity who we should be targeting with our online presence and aim our SoMe strategy towards them
  • Create genuine engagement between Unbox and end-users on social channels
  • Create catchy posts that’ll make our social media sparkle
  • Dive into analytics to spot what’s hot and what’s not
  • Help us to create cool campaigns that people can’t resist sharing and use our platform
  • Exploring numbers and stats to see what clicks with our audience
About you
  • Good understanding and experience engaging with large online communities
  • Passion for social media and a knack for creativity
  • Basic understanding of different platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or Twitter
  • Great communication skills and a love for teamwork
  • Keen interest in the Fintech/Web3 space, with a constant curiosity about market trends
  • Understanding of the B2B SaaS product landscape
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media management tools
