Customer Experience Specialist @ Realo in Ghent

At Realo, we help consumers find the best real estate agents that can provide the best home selling experience and get the best price for their home. We are strong believers in customer experience being king, this is what our team strives for and everyone gets excited about. Previous work experience is not a must, if you have the right attitude and this resonates with you, we will invest the time to get you up to speed with all of our systems, tools and we’ll have you ready to go very quickly!

What you will do:

• Call home owners to make sure that they received a Realo standard service from our agent partners. 
• Call potential home owners who left the customer journey at some point, finding out critical product information. 
• Provide a feedback loop to our product, engineering and marketing team for consistent product improvement.
• Take ownership of the whole QA process and improve it over time. 
• Give your honest feedback to the team, we love critique, it makes us better.
