Sensolus is an industrial Internet of Things (IoT) company that tracks non-powered assets such as trailers, containers, etc. through an end-to-end solution, helping companies make better, data-driven business decisions. The Belgian scale-up was founded in 2013 by four IoT enthusiasts and already serves 200 industrial customers and employs 40 people. It is active in various industries, ranging from aerospace, automotive and logistics to industrial manufacturing and the waste industry, and is referred to as the “airtag of industry”. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Growth Marketeer to join our team. As a Growth Marketeer, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue for our company. You will work closely within a cross-functional team, including marketing, product, and technology, to identify growth opportunities, run experiments, and optimize campaigns. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a data-driven mindset and a passion for driving scalable growth in an international fast-paced environment.   Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital growth strategies and tactics to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue. Collaborate with the other members of the marketing team to create and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and social media. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize conversion rates, the buyer’s journey, and marketing effectiveness. Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to track key performance metrics, analyze prospect behavior, and identify areas for improvement. Implement and utilize marketing automation tools to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, social media, and content marketing. Explore and leverage emerging technologies such as AI, tools, and trends to drive innovative growth initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights on growth performance and recommend actionable strategies for improvement.

Proven experience in growth marketing and digital marketing or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced startup or technology-driven environment. Strong knowledge of growth hacking principles, data analytics, and digital marketing channels. Solid understanding of demand generation strategies, marketing automation platforms, and lead generation tactics. Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Proficiency in utilizing growth tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMrush, and similar tools. Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data. Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.
