About the role
Looking for a thrilling opportunity to establish yourself as an Enterprise Account Executive in Latin America with Deliverect? Look no further! Based in Mexico City, you’ll join a team that’s passionate about revolutionising the hospitality, restaurant, and grocery industries.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll orchestrate every aspect of the sales cycle, from sourcing and qualifying new opportunities to demonstrating how Deliverect can transform how businesses operate by enhancing efficiency, increasing profitability through sales channels, and improving customer experience.
You’ll leverage your expertise in hospitality and technology to identify and engage with key decision-makers, developing a pipeline of new businesses to explore. With your outstanding persuasion skills, you’ll execute comprehensive demonstrations of our technology, sealing the deal with long-term, mutually beneficial relationships, and expanding the Deliverect footprint throughout the region.

Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Lead sales cycles and contract negotiations with decision-makers and C-level executives.
    • Manage the end-to-end Deliverect sales process, including coordinating with sales engineers, product management, support, finance, and legal teams.
    • Conduct discovery calls, web demos, and customer meetings, and prepare customer-specific product presentations and workshops.
    • Foster continuous relationships with existing customers to achieve cross-selling and upselling.
    • Use Hubspot CRM and other sales tools to meticulously track engagement with prospective customers.
    • Ensure personal target compliance, reliable revenue forecasting, and ownership of the sales pipeline as communicated through CRM.

Job Requirements

    • You have at least 2 years of sales experience, with technical software experience, SaaS and food technology being a plus.
    • You have a high level of competence and the ability to present and position yourself professionally and empathically with all you encounter to generate successful customer relationships.
    • strong knowledge of the LATAM hospitality market, and restaurant operations.
    • You are convincing with your professional communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
    • Extensive experience with sales cycles and the independent management of key accounts.
    • You are an entrepreneurial individual, analytical in how you think, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must be based in Mexico and can commute to our office at least 3 days per week. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
