Reason for the role
 
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Deliverect, you will support the strong growth of the Deliverect brand throughout your assigned territory along the East Coast or Central North America.  The role will see you build relationships with some big players in the restaurant, grocery and hospitality industries through consultative selling approaches of the Deliverect software solution. 
You are a leader who takes responsibility for every aspect of the sales cycle, creatively sourcing and qualifying new opportunities, demonstrating how Deliverect enhances the running of large-scale food and grocery operations.
Bringing your knowledge of hospitality and technology, you will be researching and mapping out new businesses to fill your pipeline. Strategically engage decision-makers you reach out to. Enticing all you meet with, you will execute, comprehensive demonstrations of our technology, tenaciously signing on deals that will result in long-term, mutually beneficial relationships, growing the Deliverect footprint in the region.

Tasks and responsibilities

    • Management of complex sales cycles and contract negotiations with decision-makers and vital C-level executives.
    • Manage the end-to-end sales process of Deliverect including coordinating internal resources such as Sales Engineers, Product management, support, finance and legal.
    • Performing discovery calls, web demonstrations and customer meetings, as well as preparing customer-specific product presentations and workshops.
    • Continuous relationship building with existing customers to achieve cross-selling and upselling.
    • Using Hubspot CRM and other sales tools, you keep meticulous notes to track your engagement with prospective customers.
    • Responsible for personal target compliance, reliable revenue forecasting and ownership of sales pipeline as communicated through CRM.

    • Possess at least 5 years of sales experience, with a strong background in technical software, particularly in the SaaS and Foodtech industries.
    • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with customers and present oneself professionally and empathetically.
    • Possess in-depth knowledge of the US hospitality market, including a deep understanding of restaurant operations.
    • Proactively engage with prospects and convert them into satisfied customers by effectively understanding their specific needs and requirements.
    • Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to sell consultatively and follow a proven sales methodology.
    • Showcase extensive experience managing key accounts, including navigating complex sales cycles independently.
    • Possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, with a strategic and analytical mindset, and the ability to excel in fast-paced environments.
    • Must be based in the New York metropolitan area and available to come to the office three days per week.
    • Must hold the legal right to live and work in the United States.

    • Base Salary 83- 95K USD, with a competitive bonus structure.
