Your Mission

Optimy is looking for a Growth Marketer to join our team in Brussels, Belgium.

The Growth Marketer will drive marketing’s contribution to sales pipeline and net new ARR growth through:

  • Integrated lead generation campaigns and email campaigns
  • Search engine marketing and paid search
  • On-page search engine optimisation
  • Online directory referrals

In this role he/she will report into the Marketing Manager and partner closely with the marketing, sales and revenue operations teams.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute integrated lead generation campaigns
  • Build campaign landing pages, emails and forms
  • Run PPC campaigns, including paid search and paid social
  • Help build, execute and report on the results the Optimy SEO strategy
  • Measure and report on campaign & channel performance (MQLs, SQLs, ARR)
  • Collaborate with the rev ops team to maximize conversion rates and automate lead gen processes
  • Day to day website management through our web content management system Webflow

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong experience with on-page SEO
  • Google Analytics & Google Ads experience is a must
  • Comfortable in executing ppc and retargeting campaigns in LinkedIn ads, Facebook ads, Twitter ads and/or other social media channels
  • Very familiar with digital lead generation channels & tactics, including: webinars, content syndication, PPC, retargeting,…
  • CRM experience, preferably Hubspot
  • CMS experience, preferably Webflow
  • Understanding marketing technology and processes
  • Program or project management skills
  • Excellent time management, organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Data driven
  • Fluent in English and at least 1 other language

Preferred Qualifications

  • Off-page SEO experience is a strong plus
  • Prior experience in the IT/Software sector and/or B2B environment
  • Able to function in a team as well as prioritize/execute tasks independently
  • Open to change and willing to learn and A/B test new tactics
