In this context, and in order to rapidly accelerate our growth, we are looking for our Growth Marketer.

As our Growth marketer, you are a ​​real digital jack-of-all-trades who effortlessly combines technical and communicative skills.

As our Growth Marketer:

You build the sales funnel strategy
You optimize and monitor campaign strategies across all marketing channels
You conduct A/B testing to create data-driven strategies to optimize results
You’re not afraid to experiment to find high-converting marketing strategies based on data analytics
You oversee paid search and social acquisitions
You scale our organic traffic & reach
You report to the head of Marketing

Who are we looking for?

You have 2 to 3 years of experience in Growth and and/or Performance marketing
You master French and are Fluent in English. Dutch is a plus.
You understand advertising like your back pocket (Paid search, Paid Social, …), you build full funnel strategies
You are creative and like testing new formats & channels
You have an analytical mindset and take data-driven decisions
You drive growth through experimentation and educate yourself continuously
You are a team player with strong project management skills and are good in communicating with different stakeholders
If you’re able to make stunning visuals, that’s definitely a plus
