About the role
At Unbox, we seek an experienced Implementation specialist to deploy our tailored solutions for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for demonstrating how our solutions work to clients and answering questions relating to implementation. We expect the Implementation specialistto act as a client’s primary point of contact and initiate implementation processes as quickly as possible.
To be successful as an implementation specialist, you should be able to work well as part of a TEAM.
What you’ll do
  • Understand and troubleshoot company products and services
  • Work with clients to help deploy and configure the products to the client needs
  • Coordinate the implementation process between the client team and Unbox team members
  • Collect and analyze customer information to make informed client recommendations
  • Creating a project plan for each client for the timely implementation of our software solutions
  • Build and maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure clear and concise documentation

About you
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in software implementation, technical consultancy, or similar roles
  • Ability to efficiently diagnose and remedy technical issues
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Proficiency in technical product and system installation such as: fintech SaaS, B2B SaaS, Web3, etc.
  • Able to collaborate with colleagues and clients
  • The ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
