We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Internal Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales efforts by providing exceptional service to our existing clients and prospects.  You will work closely together with the sales team, and report directly to the CEO.   In your role as a Internal Sales, you: –        Provide accurate and timely responses to customer requests for information, quotations, and order processing. –        Collaborate with the external sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences. –        Assist the sales team in generating new leads and prospecting activities –        Communicate with customers (both towards our B2B and B2G customers) –        Source new sales opportunities (market research) through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails –        Understand customer needs and requirements –        Keep up with product and service information and updates –        Maintain and expand a database of current and potential customers –        Stay informed about competing products and services –        Will research and qualify new leads

⚒️ Skills The perfect Internal Sales Representative has: Proven experience in a sales or customer service role  Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Attitudes Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English  Excellent communication skills towards customers throughout the sales process  Strong listening and presentation skills  Very organized since you will handle several accounts simultaneously
