About the job
Sales Development Representatives (SDR) are an essential part of our marketing & sales cycle. They are the first touchpoint we have with our future clients. They play a major role on a daily basis, qualifying the leads coming from marketing, generating highly qualified sales opportunities, understanding our customers’ needs & inspiring them.
At Qualifio, SDRs have a double function :

Follow and qualify inbound leads, generated by our marketing activities

Reach out to our prospects with an innovative, creative message to generate meetings and demos;
As an SDR you’ll be part of our Sales team and work closely with our Marketing team. Both of them will help you identify, research and target the right companies with the right creative message. You can work from Louvain-La-Neuve, Barcelona or Paris depending on where you live.
With the help of the company, you create a prospecting strategy:

You identify the relevant contact person(s) within our targeted prospects. You make sure you understand their pains & business goals

You reach out per email, phone, social networks. Creativity is key

You build a relation and educate your target in engagement & data collection online

You qualify the opportunity by asking the right question and see if there is a fit for both sides

You organize meetings for your Business Developer(s)

You have a monthly & quarterly target;

You work with Sales & Marketing to be creative in your approach: landing pages, qualitative content, users cases etc;

You help developing an highly effective and organized Sales Automation System.
About you

0 to 2 years of work experience with a Bachelor to Master ideally in marketing or advertising

Your are fluent in French and English. Dutch is a plus.

Spanish will be highly appreciated

Passionate and curious

You are creative and proactive. You don’t hesitate to propose new methods and implement them

You are not afraid to interact with senior profiles and you are confident in your capabilities

Your oral (phone) and written (mail) skills are top of the class: courtesy and communication in a clear and articulate manner
