About the role
Unbox is looking for a proactive and strategic Lead Generation specialist to drive our demand and client base for B2B SaaS. As the Lead Generation Lead, you will oversee the development and execution of lead generation strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and achieve sales targets. You know how to drive brand visibility, and you understand the role of digital performance to drive inbound revenue leads.
What you’ll do
Lead Generation:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies aligned with company objectives (Scaleable B2B SaaS sales) to meet revenue goals
  • Identify new avenues for lead generation, leveraging digital marketing, content strategies, events, partnerships, and other innovative approaches
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure marketing efforts support lead conversion and revenue targets

Campaign Development & Optimization:

  • Create and manage lead generation campaigns, including content marketing, email marketing, social media, and PPC advertising, optimizing for maximum ROI

Team Leadership:

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to enhance our online presence

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Utilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key metrics related to lead generation performance
  • Present insights and actionable recommendations to optimize lead generation processes and enhance overall results
About you
  • Proven track record in lead generation, with experience in developing and executing successful lead generation strategies within the tech industry
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to translate strategies into actionable plans
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to adapt to evolving market trends and identify new opportunities for lead generation
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous but not mandatory
