Marketer @ BOSAQ in Deinze

In your role as Marketer , you will be responsible for effectively spreading our mission to the world! You are responsible for working with the Management team in developing our marketing strategy and the positioning of BOSAQ in the market as the company that develops and build innovative solutions to secure process and drinking water worldwide in a circular and socially responsible way.   You perform market research , identify our target groups and implement our marketing & communication strategy You are responsible for designing, implementing and managing the marketing & communication plan You know how to translate our goals into powerful communication towards our different customer segments You design all external communications (website, newsletters, social media content, publications, brochures, press releases, editorial texts) You explore and select the appropriate communication channels , the organization of relevant events, conferences, seminars, the development of network platforms etc You create a great BOSAQ network of believers (suppliers, clients, potential employees, …) You partner up with the Sales team for solid lead generation You work hand-in-hand with stakeholders to build BOSAQ (employer) brand

⚒️ Skills As the Marketer, you have at a minimum the following A bachelor’s or a master’s degree in Marketing & communication 3-5 years relevant experience Fluent in Dutch and English Good communication skills Can manage multiple tasks at the same time Can convert abstract ideas into substantive actions You are organized, result driven and understand the need for thorough reporting You are skilled in MS Office, WordPress, Adobe Pro, MailChimp and you know how to work with graphical software   Attitudes You are creative, communicative, user of new media and are open to new technologies You are a strong networker who gets easily in contact with other people Team player Solution driven mindset Applicant must have a valid work permit/ permission to work in Belgium Relocation not provided
