  • Spearhead the strategy, development, management, and execution of marketing, communication and employer branding

  • Lead the content strategy and roadmap development

  • Develop and oversee all processes, including templates and documentation

  • Manage the company’s website and social media channels to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging.

  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for future initiatives.

  • Collaborate with colleagues from Business Development and the founding team on initiatives and campaigns

  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effectiveness of all initiatives.

  • Contribute to the general strategy of the company with your expertise and your big picture mindset

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • Experience in marketing and/or communication in a B2B or B2G environment.

  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that support business objectives and drive results.

  • Strong understanding of (digital) marketing and communication channels and tactics.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform marketing decisions.

  • Passion for transportation and a genuine interest in revolutionizing the industry through innovative marketing and communication initiatives.
