Recovr is a Fintech scale-up created in 2018 based on the state of fact: every year, thousands of companies go bankrupt because they haven’t been paid for products and services they have delivered.

Unfortunately, SME’s are suffering the most from this problem because they lack the proper processes and organization to prevent this issue from happening.

Our mission is to help SMEs and their managers to stop worrying about unpaid invoices, improving their cash-flow and allowing them to focus on what matters most to them.

In order to cope with our rapid growth and execute our expansion plan, we need a Marketing Manager to join our team.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager that can take responsibility for the Lead Generation and that can own Marketing to drive demand for Recovr through brand awareness, conversion to qualified leads and helping loyal customers refer others.

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing and growth strategy. You will be able to roll up your sleeves to get started and will, later on, have the resources to build a team, internally and externally, to help you execute the strategy you develop.


  • You will work directly with our CEO and take full ownership of our online presence and customer acquisition programs
  • Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
  • You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with the sales team.
  • Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
  • Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
  • You will nurture existing relationships with key partners, aligning on mutual goals and driving adoption through a variety of co-marketing efforts.


  • 3+ years experience in B2B digital marketing with a focus on paid acquisition, B2B SaaS is a bonus
  • Experience with Hubspot Marketing Hub is a plus
  • Goal-oriented individual with superior communication skills
  • You are entrepreneurial-minded and take initiative
  • Fluent in commercial-level French or Dutch and English (written and spoken), having a good command of a second national language is an advantage
