About the role

We are hiring a partnership lead that wants to play a crucial role in the growth story of Payflip.

‍

Not only will you build powerful partnerships from scratch together with the product team, you will also leverage these partnerships into commercial highlights.

‍

You will be the face towards partners like Coolblue, Alan and other new age benefit providers, craving to find a way into the Payflip salary pockets of thousands and thousands of employees.

‍

About you

We are looking for a partnership lead with solid stakeholder management skills. Negotiating scalable relations is part of your DNA. Sector does not matter!

‍

We do not stare blindly at years of experience. We believe that professional maturity does not always express itself in years.

‍

You would be a good fit with our team if most of this sounds like you:

– Passionate about growth, but not too “love stoned” to question and optimize current sales, customer success and product practices.

– Thrilled to be the ambassador of Payflip toward a huge landscape of promising partners

– Self-starting, pragmatic and a go getter. We value people that learn from mistakes and improve themselves every day.

– Fluent in Dutch and English.
