Performance Marketer @ Cheqroom in Gent, Belgium

Hi there! We are Cheqroom, but will talk about us later…today is all about you! We’re opening a new position for a Performance Marketer to join our team!

What will you be doing?

• Creating tailored landing pages for lead generation in Craft CMS
• Setting up marketing campaigns from scratch, working in Google Ads, Facebook ads, Linkedin ads, Bing ads & other tools.
• Reporting on campaign performance, budget spending & geographic performance.
• Hubspot will be your second home, so the experience is a big plus…or you are a fast learner.
• Working on website & landing page conversion.
• Together with the marketing team, you’ll be responsible for the marketing budget and how it’s being spent in the best way for lead generation and company growth.
• With the input of the SDRs & Sales, you fine-tune lead quality & campaign targeting.
• Setting up marketing automation campaigns (such ad email nurture campaigns and lead scoring)

Are you the one?

• You have in-depth experience with budget planning and lead reporting. You know how to work with datasheets, and you’re not afraid of pivot tables. In fact, you spend your private time creating many data sheets to keep track of your personal expenses and to-dos. “Kowalski, Analysis!”
• You’re curious – striving to find innovative solutions and answers, and not accepting market practice as the only answer.
• You’re fluent in English and have excellent communication skills (written and verbal). In fact, your English is so fluent, you dream & swear in English.
• ‘Proactive’ is your middle name, and you’re not afraid to learn or fail.
• No task is too small, you just are willing of rolling your sleeves and get it done. You are a doer.
• You are passionate about technology. In fact, you’re so into technology, half of your browsing history consists of Datanews & Mashable, and you’re a senior moderator of the r/technology subreddit.
• You are awesome and have a great sense of humor

• Are not shy to be on camera. Have you seen our videos, by the way?
• Are a dog person (Just kidding…or are we?)
