About the role
We are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Project Lead for one or more strategic projects (trusted traceability, humanitarian aid,…). In this pivotal role, you will be central to orchestrating project management and implementation, ensuring the successful expansion of our user base and reinforcing our platform’s position as a leader in fund distribution solutions within the humanitarian and the development sector. This role is a unique opportunity for a professional with a project management background to make a significant impact in a startup environment, contributing to the rapid growth of our business.
What you’ll do
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and our strategic objectives.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget
  • Engage with potential clients across various sectors, understanding their requirements and demonstrating how our platform can meet their specific project needs
  • Conduct extensive market research to stay informed of industry trends and to identify new project opportunities
  • Initiate and oversee outreach efforts, including cold calls, emails, and networking events, to generate new project leads
  • Present our software platform to potential clients, focusing on how its features can facilitate successful project outcomes
  • Collaborate with the sales team to integrate sales strategies with project management goals
  • Foster and manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring their satisfaction and securing long-term partnerships
  • Liaise with the sales team to develop materials that support project pitches and presentations
  • Provide continuous feedback to the product development team, informed by project experiences and client feedback
About you
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in project management, specifically within the Humanitarian Aid, NGO, or international development sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, deliver impactful presentations, and manage diverse stakeholders in humanitarian or development contexts
  • Strong skills in building and nurturing relationships with clients, partners, and team members in cross-cultural and interdisciplinary environments
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a proven track record in time management and project planning, especially in challenging and resource-limited settings
  • A deep passion for technology and innovation, with the ability to adapt and excel in fast-paced, dynamic, and often unpredictable humanitarian environments
  • Proficiency in Arabic, which is highly advantageous in engaging with diverse communities and stakeholders in regions where Arabic is a key language
