Your mission
As QA lead it’s your mission to transform our QA approach from mainly manual testing to a healthy mix of automated and manual tests. This by inspiring and nurturing the team by setting high standards, providing structure and vision. You’ll do this by using your experience and using best practices in the space.

What you’ll be doing
  • Provide a QA vision and strategy with automation in mind.
  • Closely collaborate with head of engineering by having open minded conversations
  • Document and share the vision towards the whole department.
  • Guide the team to execute set strategy
  • Lead and coordinate with the agile team and business owners to ensure feature validation and acceptance before the release.
  • Embrace the Intigriti culture and motivate your team to try new innovative ideas
  • Raise awareness and make actionable principles like first-time-right and test driven development.
What you’ll bring
Fluent in English both written and spoken. Other languages are a plus.

Experience with and knowledge of:

  • Implementing and executing a test strategy with automation as main driver
  • Automated testing frameworks (Playwright and Postman is preferred). To guide the team with the right decisions.
  • Manual functional and non-functional testing.
  • Best practices in automated and manual testing.
  • Test coordination

Understanding of:

  • Web technologies including:
    • HTML/CSS
    • JavaScript / TypeScript
    • REST API (HTTP verbs)
    • Cookies
    • JSON / YAML
  • Git (version control)
  • Understands authentication processes and how they are challenging in an automation contexts.
  • Knowledge of pipelines (Azure DevOps pipeline, GitHub actions, Jenkins, GitLab) with Docker is a plus.
  • Security knowledge (XSS, CSRF, IDOR, etc.) is a plus.
  • Agile mindset with proactive communication is key.
