We are actively looking for our next hunter to join the team. GeoPostcodes is a fast-growing Belgian tech company offering the most complete and accurate postal database in the world. Our datasets are used around the globe by Fortune 500 companies and are essential to creators of geolocation products. Our customers include Pinterest,, Nike, SAP, DHL and many others.

As Sales Development Representative you will team up with Jin, our Account Executive, and Laurien, our Head of Sales, to lead our outbound sales efforts in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. If you are an innovative self-starter with strong communication skills, you are very welcome in our team!  


As SDR, you will lead our new business generation machine, and :

  • Work closely with the rest of the sales team to strategize on which clients to target

  • Take full responsibility of the first stages of the sales cycle

  • Develop new strategies to grow the sales pipeline

  • Educate, answer questions, and send resources to interesting leads using our powerful CRM

  • Convince potential customers in major companies from all over the world, through phone, email or social media

  • Work closely with marketing colleagues to improve our go-to-market strategy

  • Acquire strong sales skills in B2B and take on bigger and greater challenges

Job requirements

What we’re looking for :

  • Experience as an SDR in SAAS or in sales in general is preferred

  • We don’t care about your degree, it’s your skills and your potential that matter

  • You have excellent listening skills

  • You have strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken

  • You have a positive and can-do attitude

  • You like to work in a tech environment

  • You have a talent for convincing people on the phone or by email

  • You’re always ready to learn something new and you learn fast
