Sales Development Representative @ Intigriti in Antwerp


Your mission
We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join us at Intigriti. Your goal is to acquire new business for Intigriti together with the Account Executives (AEs).

You will own the beginning of the full Sales cycle. This means you will be responsible for qualifying and prospecting both inbound and outbound opportunities to build our pipeline. We’re looking for candidates who are hugely ambitious, resourceful, and driven to help shape the future of the Cybersecurity industry.

What you’ll be doing
  • You will identify, research and source new business opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation and targeting prospects across Enterprise and Mid-Market.
  • Work with AEs to deliver the new business activity plan and build a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities for the AE to convert and close.
  • Manage and respond to your target list of prospective clients. You will use cold calling and email to prospect, leverage lead management and video-conferencing software to work and communicate efficiently and apply our sales methodology to setup qualified meetings for the AE.
  • Present and explain Intigriti’s offering and tailoring conversations with confidence to align with prospects, build meaningful rapport, and identify potential solutions within the context of their needs and macro environment.
  • Research and collaborate with AEs and SDRs to understand our market, industry trends, and persona needs to create messaging and cadences that are influential and relevant to client missions.
What you’ll bring
  • 1+ years’ experience in a sales Development role supporting AEs sell platform products (SaaS, recurring revenue) to Enterprise and Mid-Market across a range of industries.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. You are naturally curious, love to ask questions, and are not afraid to think on your feet or handle objections.
  • Exemplary time management and organization skills. You value time and processes to make every day count, get the job at hand done, and get a buzz finding new ways to get better-delivering results.
  • You are self-aware and an active listener so you can genuinely understand client needs. Your human and empathetic approach opens people up to want to talk to you, and you enjoy building rapport and relationships because you care about what you do.
  • You want to make a mark and are hungry to pursue a career in sales. You’ll be proactive taking the opportunity to collaborate and learn from your peers so that you get stronger and more confident executing your role.
  • Background in software security or an interest in ethical hacking and bug bounty platforms.
  • Fluent English language, any other spoken languages are a plus.
