About the role

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Rep with an entrepreneurial and building spirit to join our sales team. Sales Development Representatives (SDR) are an essential part of our marketing & sales cycle. As a Sales Development Representative, you are the first touchpoint we have with our future clients. You will be the face of our business and an ambassador of our brand. At Unbox, SDRs have a double function:

  • Following and qualifying inbound leads, generated by our marketing activities
  • Supporting outbound lead generation by building and driving sales pipelines, mostly through outbound prospecting
What you’ll do
  • Set up and manage the qualification process for inbound leads
  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
  • Support business managers on outbound tactics, lead generating efforts and onboarding
  • Deliver a superior customer experience as you engage with prospects
  • Achieve or exceed your individual targets on a monthly basis
  • Share best practices with your colleagues and be open to learning from others
About you
  • We’re looking for energetic, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial builders
  • You have previous working experience in sales, in a role where you have successfully sold B2B SaaS products
  • You have a strong technical affinity, especially in Software/SaaS
  • You are fluent in English, any other language skills are considered a big plus
  • You are resilient and coachable
  • You have a strong work ethic, you’re naturally curious with a drive to learn, and make effective connections with prospects
  • You are a strong communicator, and not afraid to present to senior managers and/or the C-suite
  • You have a demonstrated ability to work independently as well as being a productive team member
