Your role
To further strengthen our rapid expansion, Efficy is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist. As a member of our growing Sales support team, you will work closely with our Head of Sales Support as well as CSO & VPs of Sales to build & maintain strong sales collateral, training programs & other key content to help our sales teams further leverage their sales output.


Your day to day

  • Collaborate with VP of sales & other key stakeholders to identify and prioritize improvement areas of training programs, sales collateral and other key content
  • Collaborate with marketing to maintain and improve existing sales collateral, as well as building new useful material that simplifies daily lives of sales reps
  • Build & manage sales training programs to leverage the skills and consistency of our sales teams
  • Collaborate with product department to prepare material & training for strong go-to-market product launches
  • Manage high accessibility and utilization of all material, training programs and other key content
  • Manage translations & localization of all sales collateral

Your profile

The Sales Enablement specialist will play a key role to accommodate for our future growth as well as achieving our mission of becoming the Future European CRM Champions. Therefore, we expect you to be a methodical self-starter open to undertake a big challenge. You are energetic, determined, and have a laser-focus on execution, capable of prioritizing your tasks & manage your time efficiently to deliver on your timelines.

About YOU

  • Prior experience in a high-performing sales organization in roles such as sales, enablement, marketing or learning and development
  • A strong understanding of the sales work & context, preferably in CRM, including needed sales content, methodologies, tools and training
  • Strong conceptual understanding of design & illustrations
  • Experience of leading change management initiatives
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems
  • Excellent English skills
  • Great communication skills to build internal relationships with stakeholders cross multiple departments
  • Finally… most importantly – you have a true passion for sales!
