What do we do?

Qualifio is the leading European first- and zero-party data collection platform, founded in 2011. Our product enables consumer brands to interact with and get to know their audience. The Qualifio platform includes 2 complementary SaaS modules:

  • Qualifio Engage allows them to generate engagement and capture data via quizzes, games, polls, contests and over 50 other interactive formats.

  • Qualifio Loyalty empowers them to reward and segment members with interaction-based programs that go beyond purchases.

The team

As part of the commercial team, you drive the prospection and sales of the 2 combined modules of our Data collection platform. Together with the Head of Sales, you define and implement our business strategy in the markets where we have strong records and targeting our ICP.

You can work from our office in Louvain-La-Neuve or Paris depending on where you live.

The job

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads to ensure the quota plan objectives

  • Develop and implement action plan regarding the commercial strategy

  • Succeed in managing high complexity and value deals collaborating with our internal teams across market experts, project manager, partnership, marketing and product teams

  • Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their pains points and how Qualifio will answer their needs

  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on Qualifio’s modules and services

  • Develop and nurture client relationships, always acting as a trusted partner

  • Work closely with the product team to bring them customers’ feedback, inputs based on market voice and innovative solutions

  • Drive the product with the customers’ desires, influencing product evolutions and bring innovation force

  • Detect new opportunities and identify new markets in order to prospect, attract new customers and launch the offer

  • You work closely with the Sales team and Customer Success Managers team

  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or events

Job requirements

Your profile

  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience, including significant experience in the SaaS industry.

  • Prospecting skills

  • Skills to lead complex and high value sales processes

  • Experience presenting to senior managers and the C-suite at leading enterprise companies

  • Strong understanding of business practices and industry trends. Experience in MarTech is a plus

  • Interest in increasing customer satisfaction and deepening customer relationships

  • Demonstrated work ethic and consistent over-achievement

  • Fluent in English and French
