We are reshaping the € 70bn European car leasing business, one of the largest yet-to-be disrupted markets! The traditional car leasing industry is slow, complicated and expensive.

We put all our efforts to ensure that ordering and managing a car through LIZY is as easy as ordering a toaster on Amazon. Since 2019, our business has grown rapidly with € 30m sold contract value as a result. Our goal is to become the European leader in digital car leasing with an HQ in Brussels and have recently added an office in Paris. We are well-funded (> € 5m raised) and have a team of rockstars to make this happen (ex-McKinsey, Google, Waterland, Deloitte, Teamleader, Officient,…)

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Sales Support Associate to support our customer journey.

Within a team of sales professionals, you will work together to ensure all of our (future) customers say ‘WOW’. You have a natural desire to put a smile on people’s faces and are there to advise, qualify & ensure all processes are clear when someone wants to order a new car.

About you

  • Work experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus but is not needed, as long as you are extremely motivated.

  • You are structured, efficient & well organized.

  • You have a commercial flair and know how to prioritize between multiple promising leads.

  • You thrive and remain calm in a dynamic fast-paced and changing environment. Everybody makes mistakes. So will you! That’s not an issue, as long as you learn & we continue to move forward.

  • Self-starter attitude with a high degree of ownership. You are able to take independent decisions and initiatives.

  • Eager to learn: Strong desire to constantly improve and scale yourself. You are solution oriented & have a proactive mindset.

  • Winner’s mentality: You have a drive to be successful and you have the right flexibility and mindset to achieve results.

  • You should have a natural desire to put a smile on people’s faces.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in English, Dutch and French.

  • Affinity for automotive is a plus but not a requirement.

  • You want to be part of a fast-growing & ambitious start-up.

What you will do

  • With your drive and charisma you will work together with our current sales team to ensure all of our (future) customers say ‘WOW’ when dealing with Lizy. You are there to advise, qualify, help & ensure all processes are clear to our (future) customers.

  • You understand and adapt to the needs of our customers. Buying decisions can be different for each stakeholder you engage with (CEOs, CFOs or HR managers) so it’s important to always listen first & proactively come up with the best solution.

  • We are always looking to improve the value we deliver to our customers. You will be constantly pushing the service we collectively give to our customers to the next level.

  • Looking forward to your input on how our product could improve to make the lives of our customers as easy as possible.

  • You will develop a strong understanding of the sector and current mobility changes / challenges. You will feel comfortable sharing your expertise.
