Your mission
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce implementation.

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for maintaining system functionality, ensuring data accuracy, supporting integrations with Outreach , Zoom.info, Lusha, Gong, Planhat, HubSpot, Slack, Juro, and Kluster, and improving business processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, along with experience in managing complex integrations and supporting a large user base.

What you’ll be doing
  • Develop, communicate and drive a clear project plan for existing and new initiatives.
  • Administer and customise the Salesforce Enterprise Edition to meet the specific needs of various stakeholders form Sales / Marketing / Customer Success and Management.
  • Manage user setup, profiles, and roles to maintain data security and access controls.
  • Oversee data integrity and accuracy within Salesforce, including regular data cleansing and de-duplication efforts.
  • Support and enhance integration between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, ensuring data consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, develop workflows, and implement automation processes.
  • Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and approval processes.
  • Implement and manage new integrations.
  • Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics using Salesforce and where applicable external dashboarding software such as Kluster for decision-making purposes.
  • Provide user support and training programs, collaborating with external consultants.
  • Maintain knowledge base and documentation specific to the Salesforce implementation.
What you’ll bring
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is required. Additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) or Platform App Builder are highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, including workflows, process builder, validation rules, and security settings.
  • Experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
  • Proficient in data management, including data imports, exports, and data cleansing techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to provide user support and deliver training programs.
