Your mission
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our midmarket clients, developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction, and working closely with our sales, marketing, and product development teams to meet the needs of our clients and maintain a competitive edge.

Your responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships by meeting customers on regular basis, both online and offline
  • Identify growth potential within existing customer base and work with your customers to support them reaching their business goals
  • Create and implement strategic account plans to increase revenue and market share
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Manage the sales pipeline for your customers and ensure revenue targets are met
  • Attend industry events to network and stay up to date on industry trends in the SaaS CRM and marketing

About YOU

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or related field
    • 3+ years of experience in Sales/Account Management, preferably in the SaaS CRM industry
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills in Danish and English, with experience negotiating SaaS contracts
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue in the SaaS CRM space, with a focus on midmarket clients
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    • Willingness to travel as needed
