Your role

As a Sales Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of our growth and expansion efforts. Your mission will be to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth in mid and large corporate segment in your assigned territory. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit to create value for our clients.

Your day to day

  • Prospect, identify, and engage with potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs and presenting our solutions as a strategic fit
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for business expansion
  • Collaborate with the product development team to provide insights and feedback from clients, ensuring our solutions remain innovative and aligned with market demands
  • Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and establish thought leadership
  • Leverage your existing network and employ effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive long-term client satisfaction
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to consistently enhance your expertise and provide strategic guidance to clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system

About YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within the CRM+MarTech industry, with a focus on acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM and marketing technology solutions, including familiarity with industry-leading platforms and trends
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex client requirements, identify pain points, and propose tailored solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and confidently present ideas to C-level executives
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and develop effective go-to-market strategies
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals successfully
  • Passion for staying ahead of industry trends and continuously expanding knowledge of CRM+MarTech solutions and innovations
