Summary

Guardsquare is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator / CRM Manager to join our IT team. This role involves deploying and managing Salesforce within the company, handling maintenance, improvements, administration, and support. Strong coordination, administration, and analytical skills are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator / CRM Manager, you will manage a junior Salesforce Administrator and contribute to the management of our Salesforce instance at the individual level. You will be the main point of contact between our company, stakeholders, vendors, and development teams. Your responsibilities will include understanding the business and user requirements and establishing processes to define the development needs accordingly.

You can also expect to take care of the following:

  • Design, improve, and manage our Salesforce system, making it a reliable and accurate source of information for our business data
  • Create and follow a plan for developing our CRM system based on input from various teams and executives, as well as your own assessment of our needs
  • Help evaluate and implement new systems and integrations
  • Automate complex business processes
  • Handle system configuration tasks, such as declarative automation, lightning components, and APEX implementation
  • Manage user access and permissions, troubleshoot issues, and provide training and support
  • Create custom reports and dashboards to track important business metrics and progress
  • Collaborate with different teams to find ways to improve our processes and lead projects to implement solutions
  • Establish best practices for using Salesforce to support our business and maintain data accuracy
  • Keep up with Salesforce updates and new features, assess their impact on our business, and recommend their adoption
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including procedures, training materials, and system diagrams
  • Share your expertise and provide guidance to the team as a Salesforce expert

Profile

The successful candidate has:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce features and functionality, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Experience in managing outside contractors
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Development concepts and tasks, such as APEX Classes and Triggers, Javascript, VisualForce, and Web Service calls
  • Strong knowledge of automation using flows, process builders, and workflow rules
  • Knowledge of how to use Data Loader (or other data loading tools), and mass data manipulation
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and other related applications, systems, and processes
  • Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems and design effective solutions
  • Demonstrated skills in project management and managing Salesforce for a managed services and/or SaaS organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, including the ability to conduct presentations to large groups
  • Ability to build effective relationships, listen, communicate, influence, and collaborate with teams at all levels of the organization
  • Highly motivated, collaborative, and team-oriented
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and follows through exceptionally well
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have: 

  • Salesforce developer skills and experience
  • Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud certifications
  • Salesforce Administration certification
  • Knowledge of DocuSign, Salesloft, and Sales Navigator administration
