Senior Scrum Master @ Robovision in Ghent

We’re currently looking for an experienced scrum master to lead our cross functional end to end teams towards success. You will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of the agile transformation within the company and to apply your leadership skills to help us achieve our goal of creating truly autonomous teams.

Role Description:

As a Scrum Master at Robovision, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the scrum process, ensuring that our cross functional teams are aligned and focused on delivering value to our customers.

What will you do?

• Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings

• Work closely with the product owner and development team to ensure that the product backlog is groomed and prioritized

• Monitor team performance and track progress towards sprint goals

• Identify and remove obstacles that impede team progress

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and help the team to optimize their process

• Educate the team and stakeholders on the principles of agile and scrum

• Collaborate with other scrum masters to ensure alignment across teams and projects

Who are you?

• 5+ years of experience as a scrum master in a software development environment

• Strong understanding of agile and scrum principles and methodologies (LeSS, scrum.org)

• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and QA engineers

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

• Proven ability to identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

• You are living and working in Belgium

• You are fluent in English, knowing Dutch is a plus
