  • You have a strategic mindset as a goal-oriented teamplayer
  • You have good interpersonal skills with a hands-on leadership style.
  • A self-motivated person with the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative, and challenging environment
  • A thirst for knowledge and growth in a start-up B2B SaaS environment 
  • You have a minimum of 3 years experience in a strategic leadership position
  • You can build and motivate a team for internationalization
  • You’re located in Belgium
  • You know your way around Hubspot

Your responsibilities

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and deploying the go-to-market strategy for South East Asia (SEA region)
  • Initiating and motivating a specific team for this market
  • Building strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Ensuring that the team maintains accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities using Hubspot
  • Increase sales on our products and solutions by developing & and implementing a sales process
  • Coordinate the team so they operate to their full potential 
  • Develop a sales strategy for the South East Asia region that ensures attainment of our company sales goals and profitability
  • Prep and develop action plans together with the SEA team 
  • Actively contribute to defining and achieving annual KPIs

What we expect from you

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

  • Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
  • Demonstrable skills in building out a strategic GTM plan in the SEA region
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • You have an analytical mindset and can easily link actions to certain results. 
  • You’re a real problem-solver
  • Presenting & public speaking isn’t an issue for you 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
