In order to sustain our rapid growth, we are looking for an exceptional  Dutch speaking Sustainability Analyst to join our team. For this position we have a preference for Belgium based but will consider strong remote candidates.

You will be a key part of our Sustainability Team helping to fulfill our mission of enabling companies and financial institutions to accelerate, strengthen and report their sustainability impact according to key sustainable finance regulations..

What we expect from you:

  • Support and guide clients with their sustainable finance reporting journey and transition by sharing best practices and tailored strategy and action plans (with a primary focus on the EU sustainable finance regulations).
  • This includes but is not limited to conducting industry research and analysis, writing reports and other relevant documents, presentations and trainings, clear and effective communication and interaction with clients.
  • Support the team with the development and implementation of external and internal sustainability learning tools and education hub.
  • Liaise with stakeholders on sustainability initiatives and developments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (i.e., product, sales, marketing) on the integration of sustainable finance requirements.

    What we are looking for:

    • Master’s Degree in related discipline (i.e., Sustainable Management/Finance, Environmental Science, Compliance or ESG).
    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the above mentioned disciplines and/or sustainability consulting or regulatory reporting.
    • Demonstratable experience in ESG and sustainable finance regulations (EU Taxonomy, CSRD, SFDR, TCFD, ISSB etc.), environmental and sustainability policy, GHG standards.
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and excellent organization, project management and time management.
    • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative and diverse environment.
    • Fluent English AND Dutch (written and spoken) is mandatory. You will NOT be considered without these.
