To support our sales team in the Netherlands, we are looking for an Account Executive (new business)! Our Sales Team is responsible for selling Hello Customer in mid-sized and large organizations operating in a B2C environment, with a recurring business model.
On a daily basis you will:
- Develop an Account Plan with your list of targeted companies within a well aligned industry, then drive the execution of that plan to success
- Prospect, build a pipeline and selling Hello Customer into mid-sized and large organizations
- Engage with multi-stakeholder prospects to position Hello Customer’s strong value proposition and ensure deal closing
- Adopt the concept of Value Selling, and be keen to continue learn
- Keep a disciplined approach to Salesforce and update account and deal records accordingly
- Develop and deliver convincing Sales proposals to prospects
- Know how to translate software and features into the right business value for potential clients
We love to welcome you to the team if you have:
- You have 3+ years of experience working as an Account Executive, selling a challenging software product
- A consistent track record of achieving/exceeding sales quota
- The “hunter” spirit
- You are persistent and resilient
- Strong executive presence – very comfortable with C-level executives, and mid management
- The ability to identify enterprise client pains and develop unique and compelling value propositions that focus on delivering business value to the client
- Expertise in managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing large deals
- You are an ambitious self-starter who wants to be involved in one of the best-performing European CX enterprises in SaaS
- Fluent in Dutch and English
